Q:Why is the price difference of the same brand and model of inverter so big, and some traders' price is especially cheap?

A: Usually Chinese inverter factories will launch two types of inverters, Chinese version and export version. Chinese version is 30% cheaper, export version is more expensive because of the larger cost of overseas after-sales. Export models have certification requirements and better quality.
Some of our dealers buy Chinese version inverters and sell them abroad with language software to earn high price difference, but such machines do not enjoy warranty and face the risk of locking up the machine when encountering the manufacturer's update software and can not be used any more.
Our company is a solar panel manufacturer, but as a complementary, our company has SOLIS, INVT, etc distribution authorization. We only provide export models, and our customers enjoy the double warranty of our company and the original company.
Inverter is the brain of PV system, it will face a lot of technical problems in the process of installation and commissioning. We suggest customers to buy it from the original manufacturer or the supplier, who has the authorization of distribution, otherwise you will not get any after-sales service, free repair and replacement service.

 

 

Q:Why do some companies offer extra cheap shipping, are there any hidden fees?

If it is a full container, there is no hidden fee.
If it is LCL, the shipping company can choose not charge or charge less at the port of departure, and most part or all of the charges will be collected at the port of destination. In order to avoid the hidden charges, we suggest our customers to do the FOB terms or CIP terms. Most of the customers will face the uncertainty of the charges of the port of destination if they do the CIF terms, and in the CIP terms, the charges of the port of destination will be borne by the seller, and the buyer will only bear the taxes.

Q: Can you provide DDP price? Can we make a lower invoice to reduce the import tariff?

Yes, we can. But in fact, DDP is not cost-effective, because the seller does not much know the destination country's land freight and the tax policy, and can only charge the customer in accordance with the principle of the highest. It is recommended to take the CIP terms. Buyers can find an experienced agent in their own country to help declare tax at the cheapest price, there will be many such agents in port cities.
As for the requirement of low invoice, we can cooperate to do it, but buyers need to consider the risk.
