1.Many people in the market offer 10% cheaper than you, why should I choose your company? Can you do the same price?
As a matter of fact, the factories in some areas of China are really 10% or even more cheaper than us, but even with such a cheap price, their profit is still higher than ours, the main reasons are:
(1) Their procurement cost of solar cells is low. They always use reverse current and low-efficiency solar cells and never do Flash and EL testing at all. Although the appearance after production is not big difference with A grade solar panels, but the problem of cell cracks and mixed cells of different grades are serious. This is the main cause of the hot spot effect, which can lead to fires.
During the production process, GAMKO has 3 EL tests and 2 Flash tests, which from the string welding machine, intermediate inspection, and final inspection to avoid hidden cracks in the solar cells and the solar cells mixed different grades.
(2)Some factories are poorly equipped and staffed mostly by old people, which will reduce the cost of production, but the
consequence is that even if the best materials are used, there's no stable equipment, only relying on manual welding, handling and gluing, which will cause hidden cracks, chipping edges, missing corners, and insufficient glue of the solar panels. All these will affect the efficiency and use life of solar panels. A large number of second-hand panels in the market come from those unqualified factories.
2. It's my first time purchase in China, I'm worried about the security of my payment. I'm worried about not being able to deliver on time. I'm worried that the goods I receive are much less than what I expect, and there is no return channel.
Our regular payment is 30% in advance and 70% before shipment, we accept third party inspection before shipment. We also accept LC at sight. For some countries, we accept 30% prepayment and 70% payment against copy of bill of lading.
In addition, we also opened the STS payment method. Customers pay to a third party company and we can only receive the payment after we submit the bill of lading and other shipping documents after shipment.
3. Can I arrange personnel to stay in the factory or inspect the goods before shipment, and then pay the final payment after passing the inspection?
Yes, our customers often use BV, SGS and other third-party companies to carry out on-site testing and inspection services. Our company will fully cooperate with the third-party company, We hope to form a long-term and stable cooperative relationship in the case of customer recognition.
Besides, for the value of goods exceeding two containers, we will bear the inspection cost of the third-party company.
For some countries that need CQC certification, we will also cooperate to provide.
4. Can you provide PV system design and package sale service of the whole system? Can you provide installation guidance and door-to-door installation service?
Yes, we have professional engineers for preliminary design on grid,off grid and hybrid systems, but the largest system, we have designed overseas is 1.27MW. If there is a larger system, we suggest that the customer can seek the design of the local power company, and we will provide quotations according to the material list, and we will provide transportation service to the port.
For the system design, we will provide the data collection form for the customer to fill in, including land information, grid
voltage, etc. During the quotation process, we will also provide the bracket drawings for the customer's reference.
For the installation part, our company can provide remote and online guidance service. At present there is no door-to-door
installation service.
5. Why do some companies offer extra cheap shipping, are there any hidden fees?
If it is a full container, there is no hidden fee.
If it is LCL, the shipping company can choose not charge or charge less at the port of departure, and most part or all of the
charges will be collected at the port of destination. In order to avoid the hidden charges, we suggest our customers to do the FOB terms or CIP terms. Most of the customers will face the uncertainty of the charges of the port of destination if they do the CIF terms, and in the CIP terms, the charges of the port of destination will be borne by the seller, and the buyer will only bear the taxes.
6. Can you provide DDP price? Can we make a lower invoice to reduce the import tariff?
Yes, we can. But in fact, DDP is not cost-effective, because the seller does not much know the destination country's land freight and the tax policy, and can only charge the customer in accordance with the principle of the highest. It is recommended to take the CIP terms. Buyers can find an experienced agent in their own country to help declare tax at the cheapest price, there will be many such agents in port cities.
As for the requirement of low invoice, we can cooperate to do it, but buyers need to consider the risk.
