1, Many people in the market offer 10% cheaper than you, why should I choose your company? Can you do the same price?
As a matter of fact, the factories in Guangdong and Zhejiang area are really 10% or even more cheaper than us, but even with such a cheap price, their profit is still higher than ours, the main reasons are:
(1)Their procurement cost of solar cells is low. They always use reverse current and low-efficiency solar cells and never do Flash and EL testing at all. Although the appearance after production is not big difference with A grade solar panels, but the problem of cell cracks and mixed cells of different grades are serious. This is the main cause of the hot spot effect, which can lead to fires.
During the production process, GAMKO has 3 EL tests and 2 Flash tests, which from the string welding machine, intermediate inspection, and final inspection to avoid hidden cracks in the solar cells and the solar cells mixed different grades.
(2)Some factories are poorly equipped and staffed mostly by old people, which will reduce the cost of production, but the consequence is that even if the best materials are used, there's no stable equipment, only relying on manual welding, handling and gluing, which will cause hidden cracks, chipping edges, missing corners, and insufficient glue of the solar panels. All these will affect the efficiency and use life of solar panels. A large number of second-hand panels in the market come from those unqualified factories.
GAMKO factory is set up in accordance with the requirements of tier 1 module production process, and all the equipment alone amounted to 2.5 million dollars.
Solar panels are electrical equipment, need to be used for 20-30 years. It's very easy to bring safety hazards without firm quality. Most of our customers are photovoltaic installation companies and wholesale companies. As long as a quality accident happens, it will bring a devastating blow to their reputation, and if it causes a fire, they will also face serious lawsuit. So that's why we advise our customers to always choose a factory that can provide safety guarantee.
For price, our long-term pricing is 10% lower than tier 1 brands, because we do not have advertising costs, do not need to spend a lot of money on management of overseas office, so we will reduce the cost of these parts. But for the materials, including solar cells, we always use qualified TUV certified products, and can provide the material procurement contracts and lists. A-grade materials plus high specification quality control process, we are very confident in our products.
However, if the customer needs solar panels for off-grid system, no more than 10 panels connect in series (less than 450V, while on grid system needs 1000V), we can use B grade material, which can reduce the price by 5% based on pricelist. Please contact our salesman for more information as well.
2,Can I arrange personnel to stay in the factory or inspect the goods before shipment, and then pay the final payment after passing the inspection?
Yes, our customers often to use BV, SGS and other third-party companies to carry out on-site testing and inspection services. Our company will fully cooperate with the third-party company, We hope to form a long-term and stable cooperative relationship in the case of customer recognition.
Besides, for the value of goods exceeding two containers, we will bear the inspection cost of the third-party company.
For some countries that need CQC certification, we will also cooperate to provide.
3, It's my first time purchase in China, I'm worried about the security of my payment. I'm worried about not being able to deliver on time. I'm worried that the goods I receive are much less than what I expect, and there is no return channel.
Our regular payment is 30% in advance and 70% before shipment, we accept third party inspection before shipment. We also accept LC at sight. For some countries, we accept 30% prepayment and 70% payment against copy of bill of lading.
In addition, we also opened the Trade Assurance of Alibaba platform, STS payment method of Made-in-China. Customers pay to a third party company, such as Alibaba and Made in China, and we can only receive the payment after we submit the bill of lading and other shipping documents after shipment. 4, If the solar panels have problems after 10 years, how can I apply for compensation?
First of all, we will provide warranty and flash test report with product barcode when we ship out.
During the warranty period, you can submit the claim sheets with the flash test report and warranty, we will provide after-sales service.
5, Why are some tier1 solar panels very cheap? There are many trading companies selling tier1 solar panels.
There are a lot of fake solar panels in the spot market. Customers can't get the warranty after purchasing, and even they have to face a high fine of 2-5 times the value of the goods due to the lack of export authorization, the goods will be confiscated in the customs.
A large number of branded solar panels with quality problems that need to be destroyed, flow into the market at low prices. Customers who buy from unqualified and unauthorized traders will bear all the risks after purchase.
Some solar panels may have quality problems, such as broken cells, delaminating of cells, deformation of junction boxes, etc. The traders do not have professional testing equipment, these quality problems may affect the efficiency and lifespan of the solar panels, and may even lead to potential safety hazards.
Solar panel power decays with the passage of time. After a long time, due to the poorer stacking sites, stock solar panels have a greatly reduced service life and power.
Without export permit from original factory, all brands solar panel or brands solar
inverter are fake items, no warranty no power guarantee.
6, Why is the price difference of the same brand and model of inverter so big, and some traders' price is especially cheap?
Usually Chinese inverter factories will launch two types of inverters, Chinese version and export version. Chinese version is 30% cheaper, export version is more expensive because of the larger cost of overseas after-sales. Export models have certification requirements and better quality.
Some of our dealers buy Chinese version inverters and sell them abroad with language software to earn high price difference, but such machines do not enjoy warranty and face the risk of locking up the machine when encountering the manufacturer's update software and can not be used any more.
Our company is a solar panel manufacturer, but as a complementary, our company has SOLIS, INVT, etc distribution authorization. We only provide export models, and our customers enjoy the double warranty of our company and the original company.
Inverter is the brain of PV system, it will face a lot of technical problems in the process of installation and commissioning. We suggest customers to buy it from the original manufacturer or the supplier, who has the authorization of distribution, otherwise you will not get any after-sales service, free repair and replacement service.
7, Can you provide PV system design and package sale service of the whole system? Can you provide installation guidance and door-to-door installation service?
Yes, we have professional engineers for preliminary design on grid,off grid and hybrid systems, but the largest system, we have designed overseas is 1.27MW. If there is a larger system, we suggest that the customer can seek the design of the local power company, and we will provide quotations according to the material list, and we will provide transportation service to the port.
For the system design, we will provide the data collection form for the customer to fill in, including land information, grid voltage, etc. During the quotation process, we will also provide the bracket drawings for the customer's reference.
For the installation part, our company can provide remote and online guidance service. At present there is no door-to-door installation service.
8, Why do some companies offer extra cheap shipping, are there any hidden fees?
If it is a full container, there is no hidden fee.
If it is LCL, the shipping company can choose not charge or charge less at the port of departure, and most part or all of the charges will be collected at the port of destination. In order to avoid the hidden charges, we suggest our customers to do the FOB terms or CIP terms. Most of the customers will face the uncertainty of the charges of the port of destination if they do the CIF terms, and in the CIP terms, the charges of the port of destination will be borne by the seller, and the buyer will only bear the taxes.
9, Can you provide DDP price? Can we make a lower invoice to reduce the import tariff?
Yes, we can. But in fact, DDP is not cost-effective, because the seller does not much know the destination country's land freight and the tax policy, and can only charge the customer in accordance with the principle of the highest. It is recommended to take the CIP terms. Buyers can find an experienced agent in their own country to help declare tax at the cheapest price, there will be many such agents in port cities.
As for the requirement of low invoice, we can cooperate to do it, but buyers need to consider the risk.
